the best list of plans i have found, come from nafka [north american fighter kite association] ... http://www.fighterkites.org ... as the name implies, this site is dedicated/devoted to fighter kites ... there is tons of info and is a must read for all fighter kiters.

although these two links are not plans, the one, by bruce lambert, gives an exact procedure on how to build an ocrcon fighter kite [be patient as the page takes a while to load ... lotsa pics] and the other is the fat kid’s notebook ...

[you'll need the adobe acrobat PDF reader to view and print]
US Letter size [18k pdf] or A4 size [18k pdf]
1. print out the three pages ... ensure that the scale square prints out at the correct size ... 1x1 inch or 50x50 mmm.
2. join the three pages together.
3. make a cutting half-template
4. set bow to fit [mine are about 22-3/8 inches] ... o.05 for 3-10mph
