hello to you ... my name ralph resnik ...

i am a fortunate person in that i have been blessed with the gift of artistic creativity ... i’ve been involved in the arts all my life ... i love to paint and draw ... i am a graphic designer by profession.

my interests are varied ... keen amateur astronomer ... have a deep and knowledgeable thing for wildlife and nature ... i have done photography from an early age [am never without a camera] ... love mathematical challenges [don’t always get ’m right] ... enjoy science fiction and space movies ... oh, and a good game of snooker, with beer all round, every thursday night!

yup, i’m happily married to marcele ... have a 16 year-old* daughter, karla ... and a 12 year-old* son, david.

i got into fighter kites in july, 2002 ... and have been building, designing and flying them ever since ... from time to time, i make and fly other kites ... there’s a theraputic something about going from nothing to a flying kite on a bright blue canvas ...

i currently* live in raanana, israel ... immigrated from south africa seven years ago ... we have a great life here with tons of freedom ... we still get to walk on the streets ... day and night ... yeah, i know, we are ever mindful about this looming war situation* [always gotta have the stuff ready ... sealing tape, plastic sheeting, canned food, gas masks, radio, torch etc.] ... anyway, enjoy today to the fullest ... every day!
